”The staff is always wonderful, the rooms are always clean. The ONLY issue I had was with other guests that were so inconsiderate of others!! Running up and down the hallways, being loud. Other than that, The hotel is always one of my favorites ”

”Our stay was great. The hotel is under construction but it didn’t affect our stay. The room was clean and quiet. The only issue was Saturday night when we returned there was nowhere to park due to spots being blocked off. Over all it was a great stay though and we will be back again.”

”Very clean premises, both the lobby area and my room. They did not offer continental breakfast which was disappointing but they did offer free coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in the lobby was not working when I needed it the most - in the morning. They have an attached restaurant but it was Indian food, which I do not eat. There was a McDonald's and Red Lobster in walking distance to the hotel. I was awakened many times throughout the night by freight trains zooming by the hotel. ...

”I was under the impression that a continental breakfast was included as is the standard for this area. At check in a breakfast inviation was made advising us of the hour and procedure to pay at the front desk to get a ticket to use. I had to inquire on the cost and was told $10.99. I would have preferred to have the cost inccluded in the hotel nightly amount. Typically I might grab a few pieces of fruit and some toast and be on my way and that would not justify a $10.99 expense. However,...

”My 1st room smelled a lot like smoke and the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. After refusing a deodorizing room spray, I was moved to another room. The mattresses in both rooms were old, lumpy and very uncomfortable. I slept on the lounge chair the entire stay. When asked for the room to be cleaned, filling the body soap dispenser was missed and I had to ask for it to be filled. When I engaged the cleaning staff for towels or the liquid soap, they were nice and responded immediately. The...
