”Spa is only above average part of this hotel. The decor is dated, the carpets throughout the entire corridors are bleach stained, it looks appalling. The breakfast was stale and warm, we couldn't finish it.”

”Staff are great, facilities are very good and the hotel is in beautiful surroundings. The only thing that let us down was the breakfast at Brasserie32, it was genuinely awful ”

”A lovely place to stay with beautiful grounds and atmosphere within the hotel. The restaurant was particularly good, a really lovely menu with some more adventurous options as well as conventional choices, and beautifully prepared (and served). The Italian garden is wonderfully calm and charming.”

”Good hotel, definitely need a car. Rooms are nice, ours was a little warm, unsure if air-conditioning was available. We were very fortunate and had a free upgrade - big room, clean, good bathroom also clean. Bar and restaurant are both nice - food at both is very good - although drinks prices are a tad high. Restaurant is a bit under staffed at breakfast, if busy getting a clear table can be a challenge. But all staff are really friendly and helpful. We also used the spa - the lounge is lovely...

”We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! ”
