”Room was larger than expected with kitchen. Was very impressed by it all! Granddaughters loved the pool! Breakfast was one of the best! Loved the variety of options!”

”While the staff was extremely helpful, the property lacked in maintenance. Bathroom lights around mirror were halfway working. The juice machine in breakfast area was broken. Trash containers both outside and inside were full.”

”I only wish this type and quality of lodging was available everywhere! It was unbelievably comfortable, clean, spacious, nice ground....and the staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful! Exceptional is the proper rating!”

”The staff were great. The hotel operations and amenities were a different story. Clogged sink, shower curtain too short causing bathroom to flood, and swimming pool out of operation. Overall - not worth the $ to stay somewhere in Roswell for this amount.”

”The prices were very reasonable and the facility was friendly and very clean. It does need to be repair work to the facade and the electricity. You can run the toaster and microwave in the lobby without blowing a fuse. The beds are fulls instead of queens... If you don't care about these things, it's an excellent pick.”

”Good value for money. We had two rooms for four people, one room smelled badly of cigarettes but the other one was completely clean and nice. Basic breakfast, no other amenities. A very good “mex-tex” restaurant next door but otherwise you need a car (or an Uber) to get around. ”

”The owners were very nice and accommodating. The ice machine was out of service, but they gave me ice from theirs whenever I asked. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. While they don’t have breakfast, there’s a coffee and juice machine. The location is great. ”

”Erstes Motel auf unserem Roadtrip wo überhaupt das Zimmer bei längeren Aufenthalt (mehr als eine Nacht) gereinigt wurde. Und das vollständig mit Betten machen usw. Super Parkplätze vor der Tür, wieder sehr freundliches Personal, Einkaufen und Essen in der Nähe oder mit Auto in wenigen Minuten. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!”

”The hotel was old and needed renovation. Walls were dirty. Linen was old. Had to ask for towels. Had to clean coffee pot. Rooms were spacious and hotel was beautiful at one time.”

”I reserved a room through expedia but when i went to check im was told i didnt have a reservation and was charged cash and told expedia would refund my reservarion fees didnt happen i payed twice for a dirty room not a pleasen stay at all”

”Clean room. Tub/shower combo. Laminate flooring instead of carpet. Nice lobby, had ice water available for the guests. Free breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and other standard choices. Heated indoor pool Only con. They were redoing their roof so there were stacks of roofing material in the parking lot”
