”A cosy guest house in walking distance to the main shops and boat cruises on Lake Windermere. Quiet location with good parking outside. Clean room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.”
”The Hideaway is exactly that. A perfect, peaceful Windermere bolthole on a quiet, non-through road. From our spacious room (room 7) on the top floor, there was the treat of ever changing land and skyscape views, including a couple of spectacular midsummer sunsets, from a lovely little window seat.
