”Our initial reaction was that the property was smaller than it appeared in the images, but once we settled in, we enjoyed our stay. The location is great — close to subway and shopping. The washing machine and the in-shower drying are really convenient. The kitchen also has a stovetop, microwave and a large fridge. We would book this place again next time we visit the Tokyo area. ”

”Great location if you’re staying near Haneda airport. About a 10 minute walk to Kojiya Station. From there it’s about 30 minutes to Tokyo tower. The owners provided great instructions to find the apartment and recommendations for food that were within walking distance. Overall a great experience and worth the money. The listing says that it can sleep 8. Two of the double’s were in one room. I recommend for groups 5-7. If you have a bad back and hip like I do be mindful of the couch...

”室内は清潔で便利な間取りです。ただ、リビングの一部の床材が傷んでいるのか、そこを歩くたびに音がします。階下の方にご迷惑がかかっていないか心配です。 周辺には商店街、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、スーパーマーケット、飲食店など生活に必要な施設が揃っていて大変便利です。 また利用したいです”

”We enjoyed our time in Tokyo. Our daughter is a great tour guide. This apartment was very convenient to use for traveling since it is so close to the Musashi-Nitta station, the Haneda airport, and our daughter's dorm. The apartment was small but very adequate for our stay. We are grateful to have been able to visit our daughter in Tokyo. ”

”2週間滞在しました。生活に必要な家具を備えたアパートタイプの施設で、長期滞在にいいと思います。スタッフは常駐しておらず、滞在中の部屋清掃サービスもありませんのでホテルサービスを希望の方には向いていません。設備はきれいでよくメンテナンスされており快適でした。利用した部屋はバストイレ別タイプの部屋で、浴室に洗濯物乾燥機能があったのがとても便利でしたが、設備は部屋の間取り等によるかもしれません。冬場だったので加湿器があればもっと良かったです。エレベーターがなく階段も狭かったので大きな荷物を持って入退室するのが大変だったのがちょっと残念でしたが、このような場合は1階の部屋を予約するといいかもしれません。また利用したいです。”
