”We did have a good stay but on arrival in our room, we found clothes drying, we guess from the previous occupant, which then made us question if the room had been fully cleaned. We were assured it was but we had doubts:
1. The floor in the bathroom looked like it had never met a mop,
2. The carpet across the room was in terrible condition, it looked like bleach had been used to clean it and there were red spots, we did point this out but we're told carpets were being changed in a couple of...

”The overall house was clean and there were ample amenities. The owner was pleasant and greeted the guest, explaining the facilities adequately however, there were a number of issues: There were no towels provided (contrary to what was stated on the booking), there was no breakfast provided (contrary to what was stated on the booking), the free wi-fi was unusable and there were mouldy banana's in the cupboard! Not great sadly.”

”Great communication from the hotel before and during our stay, our room was clean and well equipped, breakfast was excellent, were unfortunately unable to park on the street outside, but there is a pay and display car park on the next street.”
