”We had a truly wonderful stay with Brian and Charlie who were such friendly and helpful hosts and provided many thoughtful touches. The Old Manse itself made for an authentic Cape Cod experience with its historic vibe, and we enjoyed our spacious en suite room. Special shoutout to the housekeeping/breakfast servers who took such good care of us each morning and were so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and baked treats each day, all homemade by Brian himself. A memorable visit.”

”Hosts are lovely and helpful while not intrusive. Room is nicely appointed with comfortable king bed with small but adequate bath and shower. Old house is very quaint. Use of refrigerator helpful. ”The home was clean and spacious for our family. Restaurants and grocery stores were very close. Access to a beach was within minutes. The back yard was a perfect spot for hanging out in nice weather. The ONLY negative thing was that there was no heat in the basement where my son wanted to sleep. A space heater would have been a nice addition. But that’s not enough really to complain about. It wasn’t freezing down there.”
