”This is our favorite place to stay in Orleans. Everything is just perfect. Clean and neat, rooms are a great size. It is very quiet and the grounds are beautiful. Tables and grill outside for breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you like to eat outside. They also service a continental breakfast everyday with homemade muffins. Also if you don't want to go to the ocean to swim the pool is perfect. They do have a laundry on the grounds too. Best place to stay on Cape Cod.
