”Great location and an excellent stay! The host was always accessible and responded very quickly whenever I had a question. I accidentally left my universal travel adapter behind, and they kindly ordered a replacement that was delivered right to the front door. I thought that was such a thoughtful gesture and it also means future guests will have one available if they need it. The rooftop amenities were a wonderful bonus. The gym, workspace, massage chairs, and complimentary coffee made the stay...

”I will certainly not go that place again, and I don't recommend it to future visitors to Seoul. Host wasn't available when I arrived, no email, no phone number, nothing. Another guest who happened to be entering when I arrived gave me her number, then took her around an hour just to answer me and let me in. First night stayed in a very small room, with a very tight bed, which was so uncomfortable. Later moved to another room. Location is great, with many shops nearby and English commonly spoken...

The front desk is a little hard to find as the sign is not very easy to see from the street. The staff were helpful and answered my questions. The room was very large and clean and did have its own air conditioning even though the listing said it wouldn’t which was good.”
