”Convenient location. Check in was easy enough but as it is only online check in and had little inconvenient if your arrival time out of customer hour. Cleaness is just ok( I found trash plastic bag under the floor mattress). There is extra charges for cleaning service for your information. ”

”Small apartment, could barely fit 4 of us with our 4 big luggages. Toilet was quite small as well. At least it was clean, had washing machine & dryer, and provided towels when requested. When we checked in, we realised that there was no laundry detergent and texted the CS, they took a long time to reply and we almost went to buy detergent ourselves. They could have provided more instructions on what to do to get new towels etc as we had to wait a long time for them to reply”
