”Good location for country parks and Sherborne and museums. Lack of household items ie surface spray to wipe kitchen tops, dining table and outdoor table (not something I would think to take away with me ) lovely spacious property and suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. ”

”Very brief stay as travelled for the solstice but lovely property. Loved the history and little features. Nice garden also. Very peaceful and a lovely pub nearby thats walkable.”

”Before we arrived we were asked if it was possible that we could arrive a bit later at 5pm since they were struggling to get back on time to hand us the keys since they live next door, we agreed since you dont want to upset owners that live next door. When they arrived they were very chatty about another business they own and how busy they were. Good things about the property were the bathroom with a huge bath and separate shower and the comfy bed mattress. The kitchen has a lot utensils and...

”Andy & Penny gave a warm welcome. Thoughtfully designed Shepherds Hut in a very peaceful location. Bonus was an excellent pub within 5 min walk, food was excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay”

”The property, where do I start?! It was amazing! From the initial walk in it had a wow factor about it, we met James, he was very helpful, with the convenience of being next door if needed. With 3 large bedrooms, one with an en-suite, cupboards and storage space, we had ample space to use. I would highly recommend this cottage, the added extras made the trip too! ”

”We stayed here for 3 nights, the property was spotlessly clean on arrival. Parking at the cottage was a blessing as the road outside was busy with residents cars. An ideal base to explore Dorset, and several pubs within easy walking distance. Would stay here again.”
