”Alue hotellin ulkopuolella ei ole oleskelun arvoista. Ainoa positiivinen on vieressä oleva uusi metroasema muuten ruuhkaisen kulkemisen helpottamiseksi. Hotellin sisällä on kuitenkin toinen maailma. Puuttuu minibaarin täyttö mutta pullovettä aina saatavilla. Hotellin tupakointitilat erittäin rajalliset. Uima-allasympäristö ei ole kaikkein viihtyisin - eikä muita uimareita näkynytkään.”

”Several aspects of this hotel are stunning. But most of all, the staff are attentive and respond instantly to any request. The hotel property is kept spotless day and night. The breakfast buffet offerings are diverse to suit all palates and exceptional in quality. The chef goes out of his way to accommodate any special dietary request. Overall, with its unique location next to a shopping mall and an outdoor plaza with a number of other attractions, this is a comfortable and luxurious hotel...

”They did a bait-and-switch with the rooms and did not get me the room that I had ordered and laid for. Instead I got a terrible room behind the stage if the wedding hall, which was clearly only for staff, Room C4. I have pictures of how much junk I had to walk through, including squeezing between scaffolding several times. The room had no TV or phone, and the bathroom smelled like mold. There were two rooms, one of which had no air conditioning. I demanded the kind of room that I ordered, and...

”This hotel is the best I have stayed with in Bangalore, offering affordable luxury with really good food. After several bad experiences in other Indian hotels, Leroy resorted my faith in Indian hotel chains, as Leroy Grand is definitely equal to the more expensive US chains like Marriott and Hilton.”
