”The apartment was lovely! We will definitely book again if we revisit Dubai. It is located across from the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. Everything is at your disposal. Plenty of food and coffee options feet away. The area is great. Parking took two times to get but is easy once you get it down. We messaged the what’s app a few times and never got a response but everything was taken care of in moments of messaging. We really loved the space here. Hope to come again.”

”Very comfortable stay. Property looks a bit dated, but it's no-nonsense, has excellent sound isolation, spacious rooms and helpful staff. They could perhaps add some sockets near the bed. Oddly they also provide tea/coffee only at check in, and don't replace these at housekeeping, but that's a minor issue. Drying clothes might be a bit difficult in the bathroom. While the kitchen is functional, there's very little in terms of utensils, so unless one has their own, it's hard to cook. However, the...

”I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok. Bilal was excellent, very helpful but had not given me an access card which I needed to get to the communal area where the swimming pool was. Again...

”Alors moi je pensais c’était un hôtel , j’arrive j’ai rien ni la chambre ni le code pour rentrer ds la chambre je devais moi appeler plusieurs fois pour avoir tous les renseignements et ça a 2heurs du matin le concierge m’a même aidé ou proposer de les appeler. Après ils ont débiter 120 dirhame sur ma carte bancaire je ne sais pas pourquoi se n’est pas normal . Pour moi c un mauvais plans mais l’appartement en lui même c’était bien sans plus merci ”

”Perfekte Lage, Balkon, Schwimmbad immer abgeschlossen, Küche ohne Inhalt , auf Nachfrage 1 Pfanne und 1 Topf, der Teppichboden wurde nie gestaubsaugt nur mit Schrubber abgekehrt, Fenster dreckig, Bad schimmelig, meine 3 Wochen Buchung ist angeblich nicht eingegangen , Fernsehn lt Mappe 29 Sender , 2 vorhanden. Dann Internetfernseher nachdem ich protestierte , der funktionierte 2 Tage , dann nicht mehr . Dennoch war die Lage perfekt , die wohnung war sehr gross, ich würde da wieder wohnen. ”

”Tres bel appartement, parfait pour un couple, bien placé pour les activités downtown. Aménagement et équipement bien pensé. Seul bémol, mais la résidence n'y peut rien ; la circulation bruyante, les automobilistes font rugir leur gros moteurs toute la nuit...”

”Le silkhauss est idéalement bien placé . L’appartement dispose d’une petite cuisine , bien utile . Il y a une très belle piscine , bien agréable avec une petite vue sur le Burj Khalifa et building et buildings alentours. Le point noire étant dès notre arrivée , le ménage n’était pas fait .(l’équipe ménage est venu dès le lendemain matin). Et nous n’avions aucune carte d’accès pour l’ascenseur, donc pour se déplacer dans l’immeuble , étages , réception , parking et piscine ! Autand vous dire...
