”Staying at this property was truly an incredible experience. My wife and I (American tourists visiting Japan for the first time) stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was so friendly, especially the wonderful staff in the 6th floor restaurant. Our room, a 12-tatami was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. Quiet and spacious room

"We stayed at a superior double room for 8 nights. Our stay was very pleasant as the room was spacious, clean and quiet. It also had all the necessary amenities (toothbrush, -paste, hairbrush, nightgown, slippers etc) topped with a little refridgerator and a bath. The hotel personel was welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient and there is a lot of small restaurants closeby (Tsukemen Zuppa for example was really nice and vegetarian friendly). If you are looking for to skip the nearby Starbucks I would strongly recommend visiting a small cafe called Hayakawa. Its only couple of blocks away and we had the best coffee we ever had in there."
