”Super nice hotel ”

”Nice and clean and close to Maple Donuts!”

”The ac worked ok, it had a not so great smell to it. Parking was good, I parked right out side my room. The other people stay were disrespectful out very late & coming and going with really loud cars. I felt very uncomfortable being in the area. The bathroom looked extremely unkept. I woke up to several bugs crawling on my floor and a couple in the table. ”

”Room was good, minus hair in the sink at arrival. Front desk took care of the issue.”

”poor management low staffs no one on front desk to give us the keys they left keys on front desk with R00M # Put their customers In Danger and at risk any one pick the keys no security on floor any one walk in to lobby this the second time they did last time bath room was not clean not review properly need better security standards any one hide in the room get heart this is serious”

”Our reservation was canceled less than 24 hours before we were going despite them sending a confirmation email the night before. I wasn’t notified by the hotel, only Expedia. When I called, a manager was supposed to call back, 4 hours later I called again. Manager never called. Exact same thing happened to my brother’s family. Terrible customer service!!!”

”Summer at front desk and staff were wonderful! 24 hour coffee was appreciated. The room needs serious updates. Though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of stale smoke.”

”Clean room Great staff The shower in the bathroom leaked water onto the bathroom floor which soaked the bathmat which explained the tile floor being uneven and loose Other then that I loved the room”

”The General Manager was exceptionally kind,, warm, and genuinely attentive to every request". The staff made us feel truly welcomed,, turning a simple stay into a relaxing experience the breakfast was Good! Very welcome staff this is one hotel I will always enjoy coming to visit ”
