Boasting two beautiful bedrooms with comfortable double beds, our apartment offers a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Additionally, we have a fold-out full-size single bed in the lounge room, which can be transformed into a cozy and private bedroom space, ensuring that all of our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The lounge area is a real highlight of the apartment, featuring a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring York. With ample seating, everyone can sit back and enjoy their favorite shows together.

Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for guests who love to cook. We provide modern conveniences such as a fridge/freezer, washer and clothes dryer, and Neff cooking appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The dining space comfortably accommodates five people, providing a wonderful space for shared meals and memories.

The apartment features a downstairs bathroom with a luxurious and large walk-in shower, providing guests with a spa-like experience. Upstairs, our guests can find two additional bedrooms with views. The main bedroom features a double bed, work station, and its own private en-suite bathroom, providing a peaceful and private space to unwind. The second bedroom is a cozy retreat, equipped with a comfortable double bed.

The apartment also features zoned smart heating controls, ensuring our guests stay warm and comfortable no matter what the weather is like outside. The apartment has just undergone a full refurbishment and sits atop a traditional Georgian building, providing guests with an impressive and luxurious experience.

Convenient paid parking options are located nearby the apartment at Bootham Row, Union Terrace, and Marygate carparks.

Please note, that although a travel cot is provided, you will need to bring your own travel cot bed linen.


York station is a 10-minute walk or 5 mins in a cab/car. The easiest way to get into York city centre is by walking, which takes about 2-3 minutes. Should you need the details of some local companies then please send us a call/message. UBER also has a presence in the city and are a good option if you're familiar with the platform.

CHECK IN is after 4pm and CHECK OUT time is before 10am.
