As soon as I booked this property I received a welcoming email and very clear instructions about location and check in! When we arrived, we were greeted warmly. We were lucky to have the luxury of an early check in! The room was clean, comfortable and had some extras like a fridge, a pot for heating water for tea, and coffee. A large complementary bottle of water was also in the fridge. The location was excellent. The room is on the third floor so there are stairs but, for us, that is not an issue. We had a lovely, comfortable stay here!

The apartment was beautiful and located in the middle of old Zadar. So many great restaurants and shopping in this area. 10 minute walk to the sea organ. There is lots of boat cruises to different islands, bike rentals also and much more. I would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mareta apartments we will be back

El casco viejo de Zadar es increible!!! Es un lugar que hay que caminar sin orden. Este hotel nos dió una base muy cómoda. Está en un 3er piso. Consideren esto quienes tengan alguna limitación física

Nice Apartment
Apartment was really nice and clean. We did experience an issue with the Air Conditioning working which the property manager tried to help with but we weren't able to get it to work. Great position in the old town.

Sarah was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable about the area. She had a very quick response time to any questions. The place was remodeled beautifully. The walking tour was fantastic. We really enjoyed Zadar!

Highly Recommend
We loved our apartment in Old Town. Marin & Mario were very easy to communicate with through hotels.com app and whatsapp for check-in, food recomendations, & anything we might need. The apartment was gorgeous, larger than expected, with excellent air-conditioning & incredible lighting. The moss wall is back-lit, under the bed lights up, behind the mirrors, etc. Such good lighting! There was tea, coffee, a large bottle of water in the mini fridge, slippers, TV. Everything you could want, plus a map of Zadar. Location was excellent, many food choices nearby & great ice cream! The moss wall by the bathtub was so beautiful!

Fabulous, modern, well equipped apartment in an amazing location. Little touches like toiletries in the bathroom and an abundance of towels add to the feeling of being well looked after. We also used the airport transfer service which was fantastic. I can’t recommend highly enough. When we return to Zadar we will definitely stay here again. Thank you

Check in a bit of a pain if you want a smooth check in. Had a WhatsApp message then told to message another number when we arrived at a point who would then show us to the apartment, we waited around 10 mins. Apartment was lovely inside, 3rd floor but no lift. No reception so self service. Unfortunately no hot water for us at all in the morning which put a huge dampener on the stay. Location is good however.

Awesome location and great apartment
This apartment is at the best location. Right in the center of the old town. The room is small. But it is not a problem as solo traveler. No elevator. Fine with me because I like go upstairs. The room has everyting: safe box, shower is strong, a lot of towels, towel warmer. The host replies whatsapp fast. The apartment is beautiful. I stayed here 4 days and really enjoy it.

Tolles gemütliches Bett, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war mittendrin im Geschehen und durch guten Schallschutz trotzdem ruhig. Gute Kaffeemaschine, genügend Handtücher und sehr nette Gastgeber, die einen gleich mit guten Tipps ausstatten!

Sehr schönes Appartment, allerdings ist die Putzfrau nur 1 x gekommen und hat NUR die Handtücher gewechselt. Der Vermieter hatte sich rausgeredet wegen Corona wäre es besser nur 1x zu kommen um SAUBER zu machen. Für mich wollte er nur Geld sparen sonst nix. Und für mich ist sauber machen, auch Gläser und Fussboden etc reinigen, nicht nur Neue Handtücher bringen!

Great modern apartment which is well equipped. It is right in the centre of the old town so never more than a 10 minute walk to any of the sights or the ferries / boat trips. Its next to a large supermarket which was really handy. Ideal apartment for a couple.

Lage perfekt. Ausstattung super schön. Vermieter super lieb. Hätte nur etwas sauberer sein können. Haare im Schrank und Dreck auf dem Boden. Deswegen ein „Smile“ weniger.

Ein modern eingerichtetes 2 Zimmer Apartment mitten im Stadtzentrum in der Fußgängerzone. Dank Balkon und Fenster zum Innenhof dennoch ruhig. Moderne Bad Einrichtung, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Herdplatte, Abzugshaube, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Toaster und einer Lavazza Espressomaschine. Besteck, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Netter Empfang durch Diez Mitarbeiterin, die sie auch mit den ersten Informationen über die Stadt, Aktivitäten etc. versorgt. Für Ferienwohnung sehr guter Service: Reinigung einmal die Woche, mehrfach Handtücherwechsel. Als Begrüßung gab es eine gute Flasche Wein, im Kühlschrank stand außerdem Bier und Saft. Die Klimaanlage ist neuwertig, leise und effektiv. Die gesamte Wohnungseinrichtung ist modern und schön. Der einzige kleine Nachteil der Lage ist die Parksituation. Es gibt keine eigene Parkplätze, Parken in der Innenstadt ist nicht so einfach und nicht so billig. Es gibt auch kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten jedoch nicht in der Nähe und man muss dort auch einen Platz ergattern.

Chambre petite avec toute petite salle de bain assez mal éclairée. Il s'agit en fait d'un appartement divisé en 3 chambres mal insonorisées. L'emplacement est cependant optimal au centre ville de Zadar. Globalement, nous avons été très déçus : cet hébergements plus proche d'un Air Bnb que d'un véritable hôtel ( Aucun service, aucune réponse à des questions d'organisation de visites des alentours). Je ne le proposerai pas à un ami.

중심거리에 바로 있어서 접근성이 아주 좋고 늦은시간에도 다니깇불편하지 않았어요 아파트먼트라 주인과 연락이 잘 되어야 어렵지 않게 찾을수 있을거 같은데 다행히 연락이 잘되서 어렵지 않았어요 그리고 주인분이 주차장을 직접찾아주셔서 주변 공영주차장에 금방 주차할수있었어요^^
