Good choice
Modern stylish rooms with good service. Average breakfast, items are tasty but limited selection. Public transport helps to offset the less rhan ideal location. All and all a good experience.

Das Hotel ist außerhalb, man ist in 25 Minuten mit der Tram in der Stadt. Das Personal war eher reserviert. Es war nicht unfreundlich, aber auch nicht außergewöhnlich freundlich. Wir konnten links neben dem Hotel auf einem Parkplatz parken. Die Zimmer waren groß und mit Sicherheit einmal sehr chic. Jetzt sind sie etwas verwohnt. Leider war es zur Straße hin sehr laut und das auch fast die ganze Nacht durch. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, das haben wir aber nicht gemeldet.

Great staff service condition needs improvements
The pictures shown on hotels.con are a bit deceptive. When I checked in, the hotel lobby and the rooms are a bit disappointing and run down. The staff speak good English and nice, but the condition of the room needs improvement. For example stinks on carpet bed sheet and around the bathtub. The bed was only average - needs improvement in terms of comfort in mattress and sheet etc. the room is big but does not look like what advertised on hotels.com pictures so I was a bit disappointed. The staff was able to book a private day tour with direct drop off and pick up at lakes plitvace at 5pm for next day 8:40am so I was impressed. The buffet breakfast was good and reasonable range of food for hotels in Europe so I think it is still reasonable good hotel with good price.

The hotel was in a location that was convenient to everything. I loved that the tram was right in front. Jasmine was super helpful and gave us some amazing recommendations of where to go and check out. She made our stay so welcoming.

ホテルすぐそばにバス停があったようですが、ザグレブの駅から二駅のTrnavaという駅から歩いて15分くらいだったのでそちらを利用しました。中心地から乗車時間、歩き含めて25分でとても快適なお部屋に到着します。設備も清潔さもスタッフも全て素晴らしいです。バスタブもあり日本人にとっては嬉しい滞在先です。ザブレグの歴史が書かれたガイドブックのような物も日本語で用意されていました。朝食は温かいお料理もありコーヒーも美味しく、全て素晴らしく、少しくらい中心地から離れていても良いという方にはおすすめのホテルです。

The room needed updating in terms of USB ports for electronics. We had to use our converters and plug everything into regular outlets which were not conveniently placed in the room. Otherwise, everything was superb. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but coffee was delicious. Parking is convenient in gated private small lot next door. Places to walk to for dining. Staff professional and polite. Loaded bar in the room with goodies. Super quiet and beds very comfy. Boutique hotel about 3.5km from the city center with easy public transport if needed. 20 min ride to airport. Would def stay here again.

The hotel is in a fine area, parking is easy to access from the main street. The parking lot is not big, but the hotel staff tries to manage it well for all guests. More parking spaces would be desirable. The hotel has been nicely renovated, the air conditioner works fine in the rooms, but not in the hallway and elevator. We were there in June, so the hot summer certainly needs better air conditioning everywhere in the hotel. The bathrooms are well arranged and clean. The bedding is also comfortable and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied and tasty. Rooms facing the main street are exposed to traffic noise and this disturbs sleep. We would love to return to this hotel.

Large room, good breakfast, very clean bathroom. The shower door leaked flooded the floor went looking for staff did not find any at 2 pm no one answered the reception desk. At 5 pm when we were going for dinner I asked the lady at reception for dry towels as I used the towels to mop up floor. She said yes but I did not believe she would. When we came back wet towels still on floor in bathroom I took them downstairs to reception then was told I was rude to do that in front of others by guy on desk. “I was rude to get dry towels when they did not do it” talk about no customer service.

Loved our stay in Zagreb.
This hotel is fantastic. The breakfast is delicious! The location is great we walked to the zoo within 20 mins from our hotel. We enjoyed our stay, it is about 1.5 hours on public transport from the airport. Public transport is super cheap in Zagreb 60 mins is only $1.33 per person. The hotel staff were superb!

No air condition and non-existing service
The hotel advertises as VIP access and free bottle of wine, hotel refused any VIP access perks and said they don’t do that. In a week time we’ve stayed the air-con haven’t been fixed, so it is safe to assume that it doesn’t work at all. The room was at 27C degrees when we arrived, which was unbearable. We complained to the person on duty two times within 1 hour gap to fix air con and bing an extra towel as the room was not set for 3 person as booked. After 3 hours none of that was done. When we complained to the new person who came on duty they sorted out the tool in 15-20min and was making excuses, that it never happened before, but we explicitly told them a week ago that zircon wasn’t working in the room on checkout. Also I had a heat stroke a day before, so I was struggling with the hight temperature, but hotel didn’t offer any solution. The bath tub had no glass separator so if so all water goes on the floor. Had no lotion or hair conditioner (like other 4 star hotels) just one shampoo & shower gel on the wall. Blinds don't close and point down to outside, which means anyone can see you showering naked from below The room wasn't deluxe at all, much smaller than in pictures and quite old. The slippers not for an adult feet. The view is to the wall and a roof full of cigarette buds. Noisy neighbourhood at night. The parking was OK, but quite small. The hotel is around 30min by tram from the city centre. At best this is 2 star hotel with non existent service, not 4.

No working aircon and no VIP perks
The hotel advertises as VIP access and free bottle of wine. Forget it! After long chat with support finally they gave it, but not worth the effort. The hotel doesn't have air conditioning, even they say they do. We've stayed a week after after specifically I've told them to fix for next guest, but they didn't. It was 23-24C in the room the first time when we stayed, so it was somewhat bearable. The breakfast is OK, but if you go later when it starts all food that supposed to be warm is cold. The bathroom was quite spacious, but just one shampoo & shower gel bottle attached to the wall, no lotion, no hair conditioner and etc. The room wasn't deluxe at all, much smaller than in pictures and quite old. The slippers were so small that you can't actually use them. No bottled water in the room, only mini bar. The view is basically to the wall that is light up at night. Quote noisy neighbourhood, even on the quiet side. The parking was sufficient, but quite small lot so quite difficult to park in. The hotel is around 30min by tram from the city centre. At best this is 2 star hotel with the service provided, not 4.

Verkehrslärm! Lärmdämmung existiert nicht!
Ich hatte ein Zimmer auf der Seite der vielbefahrenen Strasse. Ich konnte die halbe Nacht nicht schlafen aufgrund des Strassenlärms. Das Frühstück war jedoch sehr gut. Trotzdem werde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr berücksichtigen wenn ich wieder in Zagreb bin.
