”Excellent property and property manager. House is huge with amazing overviews of Lake Tahoe. Both Gondola and Nevada base station of Heavenly are nearby, along with South Lake Tahoe casinos. Great for families with kids or larger group of friends. Great game room, pool and 2 grand pianos - though one was not really in tune :)
Place itself is well maintained, kept clean and warm. We had a small issue with one of the room locks and shades but that was resolved immediately in the morning -...

”TV remote was missing and I looked for it under and behind the drawer. I found empty soda bottles and food wrappers. No Tv remote was found.
I asked for a replacement TV remote. Service was not answering the call immediately. My call was put on hold then disconnected. It took me several calls and a couple of hours to ask for the replacement. The house service brought a replacement while we were out for dinner which didn’t work with the TV in our room.”

”Room was clean and staff were excellent. The refrigerator and phone in my room didn’t work and only 4 jets on one side of the upper hot tub worked. None of the jets in the lower hot tub worked. ”

”In our 1st room we found many ants in our fridge and on the floor. We went to the reception to complain about it as we didn’t want to get them in our luggage. At first they rolled their eyes and said “we have nature very close” but in the end they gave us an ant-free room which was little bit more away from the casino area (less smoke smell). So overall ok hotel quite close to South Lake Tahoe which was our place to go.”

”Room was insanely dirty had cobwebs in the bathroom and a/c areas floor was so dirty had to put on my shoes on to walk around , staff was pretty nice , sheets were dirty just all around dirty. ”
