”It was disappointing that the room had no chair for just sitting in. No fliers of why an available in the area or tv channel guide. No phone in room to call and report so much noise in hallways by other people’s rowdiness that went on until after 1:00am. Not the place I’d stay again. ”

”The room that was assigned to me had dirty carpet as you can easily see dirt and debris on it. The carpet definitely needed a good cleansing. In the night, I spotted 2 roaches in the room crawling around which is a health hazard. I informed the staff in the morning while checking out - and they got into defensive mode only saying 'apologies for this incident, we never had this complaint'. Glad I had pictures to prove roaches in the room.
Also the couch in the room was in a poor shape & needed...
