Villa oli upealla paikalla meren rannassa! Omalla isolla parvekkeella oli lasikaide, jonka läpi oli mukava seurata meren kuohuntaa ja auringonlaskuja. Huoneistossa oli kaikki tarvittava, lähistöllä ravintoloita, kävelyreittejä ja tunnelmallinen kyläkirkko. Kaikki ainekset rentouttavan loman viettoon. Siistiä ja rauhallista. Meressä oli ihana uida, kunhan oli kumitossut jalassa. Dubrovnikiin ja muihin lähikohteisiin oli päivisin hyvät kulkuyhteydet veneellä ja bussilla. Ainoa miinus oli, että lähikauppaan oli noin kilometrin matka. Liikuntaesteiselle tämä paikka ei sovi ollenkaan; satoja portaita oli kuljettavana joka päivä. Ihana luonto teki lähtemättömän vaikutuksen!

Miellyttävä huoneisto upealla merimaisemalla
Majoituimme vaaleanpunaisen talon yläkerran huoneistossa. Kuvien perusteella kohde oli ok, emmekä etukäteen tienneet, minkä huoneen saamme. Olin positiivisesti yllättynyt huoneiston siisteydestä ja moderniudesta. Olimme huoneistoon tosi tyytyväisiä. Huonojalkaiselle kolmannen kerroksen hissitön asunto ei tosin sovi. Ei ehkä myöskään ihan pikkulapsiperheille, joilla on rattaat tai sen ikäiset lapset jotka kiipeilevät joka paikkaan (parveke). Huoneiston makuuhuoneessa oli tosi leveä ja laadukas parisänky, lapset nukkuivat oleskelutilan levitetyssä vuodesohvassa. Oli kylpyhuone/wc sekä erillinen wc, ilmastointi molemmissa huoneissa ja se toimi, kunhan parvekkeiden ovet sekä ikkunat olivat kiinni. Parvekkeelta oli uskomaton maisema merelle ja näkymät uima-altaalle. Huoneistossa oli siistit astiat, jotka siivoojat tiskasivat päivittäin ja muutenkin siivosivat joka päivä. En tiennyt että myös huoneistohotellissa on siivouspalvelu! Oli siis mukava kokkailla myös itse aamupalaa, lounasta ja iltapalaa. Ainoa miinuspuoli oli kunnollisen kaupan puuttuminen lähistöltä. Parin kilometrin päässä kävimme isossa kaupassa pari kertaa viikossa. Lähiputiikista sai kyllä vettä, olutta ja viiniä ylihintaan. Monet tosin juovat hanavettä ja se on uskoakseni ihan turvallista. Itsekin kokeilimme ja se oli ihan hyvää eikä tullut mahanpuruja. Silti joimme yleensä pullovettä.

Rauhallinen ja kaunis paikka
Olimme viikon Villa Lucicissa, punainen kolmekerroksinen rakennus merenrannalla. Uima-allas vieressä. Loistava sijainti. Huoneisto tilava, olohuone ja makuuhuone erikseen. Kaksi vessaa, toisessa suihku ja kylpyamme. Tilaa oli ihan hyvin ja paikat melko siistit. Parvekkeelta kauniit merinäköalat. Hotellissa oli paljon iäkkäämpää asukasta, mutta meitä lapsiperheitäkin muutamia. Todella rauhallista. Hyvät parkkipaikat, helppo liikkua omalla autolla. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Rantakadun varrella muutamia ravintoloita ja leikkipuistoja. Vieressä kaunis pieni kirkko.

Hotelli idyllisessä pikkukylässä
Upeat maisemat huoneistosta, uima-altaat ja ranta vieressä. Paikka oli todella rauhallinen ja viihtyisä. Aurinkoa aamusta iltaan. Hotellin henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Lähistöllä hyviä paikallisia ravintoloita. Viereisiin kyliin ja saariin oli kätevää liikkua edullisilla venekuljetuksilla tai bussilla. Voimme suositella kaikille!

Good place, but not necessary what orderes
Web page ad and texts not totally matching what You may get. I was looking for a villa without neighbours and all pictures showed those separate houses, BUT 14 out of approx. 40 "villas" are actually apartments in a block house with neighbours beside and top of you. Nothing really wrong with the place, 10m from the sea shore, good cleaning etc, BUT it was not what I was ordering. Thats why low points. They should openly show also block house pictures with those separate houses and explain in wording that one may be located in the block house.

The property did not update on the check-in process, so this was a problem when giving directions to the taxi driver. The unit we had, however, was functional and clean, with a gorgeous view. The property itself is beautiful!

Gorgeous Place
The resort is in a beautiful village, Mlini. Our apartment was immaculately clean and we had housekeeping every morning. Somehow they always managed to clean our apartment while we were out for breakfast. The buffet breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. The resort is in a perfect position halfway between the airport and Dubrovnik old town. The fact that we are planning an other holiday to this beautiful place is proof of our recommendation! Thank you to all the team for giving us a beautiful holiday!

Villas are amazing!
The villas are really amazing (even nicer than the pictures show) and the whole family loved staying there!! And the view were absolutely stunning, even though we did not have a "beach front" villa . The whole hotel area is nice, although the pool area is quite large. It is a bit of a walk (10-15 minutes) to the grocery store, however the walk is along the beach and super nice! Since the hotel is a bit secluded I recommend that you take this walk anyway to see what the area has to offer. The staff at the hotel were super and we felt very well taken care of! Our 14-year old especially appreciated the birthday cake from the hotel that was placed on the kitchen table when we arrived home one evening. Small gestures that says a lot about the good service we received.

We had a Great stay in the villa. Only downside in this summer paradise was the sofabed, which was not very comfortable and the morning fights for pool chairs in spite of it clearly being against pool rules. I recommend staff is assigned to put a stop to the reservation by people not using the pool for hours. Transfer to airport arranged by the hotel was punctual and great, but without kids chairs.

Pleasant stay on a beautiful beach
We really enjoyed our time here. The villas look nice and are in good condition. We liked the little touches like a fruit bowl with apples, because we arrived late at night and were hungry. We also liked the kitchenette with dishes, and the provided beach towels. The staff was friendly, the location on the beach was great (with an easy drive to Old Town Dubrovnik), and the beds were comfortable. We didn't realize that the reception is located at Hotel Astarea. At least, I didn't see that anywhere in the fine print on Hotels.com. We drove around for a while trying to find Villas and Apartments Mlini, but the navigation takes you to Hotel Astarea. Finally, I had to call to get help, and it turned out that is where the parking and reception are located.

Confirmation gave address of check-in which was the actual property and should have given the name of the hotel. Taxi driver delivered us to the given address but once we were given the name of the check-in hotel, it put us in the correct spot. Wifi in building furthest out on the cliff was not consistent and you could only receive it when you were in the bedroom.

Første gang i Kroatien
Første gang i Kroatien og meget positivt overrasket - både over stedets muligheder og også den venlige modtagelse på stedet af personale og servicefolk. Nemt og hurtigt til Dubrovnik enten med båd eller taxe. Bus prøvede vi, men det er lidt "slow fox" så det blev til den ene tur. :-). Og kysten ligner faktisk Amalfi i Italien. Vi har af sted første uge i oktober, og der var stadig mange muligheder for sightseeing og oplevelser.

Points positifs : l’emplacement, la verdure, la plage, la situation de l’hôtel, le bistro Oleander. Points négatifs : l’accueil à la réception (mise à part une réceptionniste dont j’ai oublié le nom qui nous a permis de changer de chambre), la propreté des chambres (villa Mlini: kitchenette qui sent mauvais même en ayant changé de chambre, toiles d’araignées un peu partout dans la chambre, nettoyage très très sommaire même fait presque tous les jours), restaurant de l’hôtel Astarea (petit déjeuner buffet et dîner buffet très décevant). Très décevant pour le prix de la nuitée.

Très bel endroit. La villa vue mer était au top. Le restaurant très sympa et plusieurs restaurants agréables dans la région. Accès en bus et en bateau à Dubrovnik et Cavtat. Bémol, la piscine est beaucoup trop petite en rapport avec le nombre d'hébergements, nous y sommes allés 1 fois sur 1 semaine, trop de monde. Supermarchés très petits, peu de choix et nécessite une bonne marche (sous 32 degrés, ce n'est pas toujours agréable). Passage dans les chambres tous les jours mais nettoyage très restreint et malheureusement rien à disposition pour le faire soi-même. A part les remarques ci-dessous, c'est un très bel endroit, nous le recommandons.

Fint hotell med bra läge.
Fina villor med mycket bra läge, vi tog en premium där utsikten var fantastisk. Många av villorna hade skymd utsikt. Bra område, härlig strandpromenad med mycket bra restauranger. Stranden vid hotellet var inte så fin. Inomhuspoolen och en av restaurangerna var stängda när vi var där. I övrigt var allt bra. Dubrovnik låg en kort bilresa bort, fantastisk stad.

Lovely place!
Very nice property with beautiful views, beachfront restaurant and large, well maintained pool. Small and quiet little town. We were lucky to be there when there were very few tourists. We took a day trip by boat to visit a few islands for about 50€ for the full day including lunch. Highly recommended! You can book the day before at little kiosks just down the waterfront (5min walk from the restaurant). There are a few other restaurants in easy walking distance. The nearest grocery store is about a 25 min walk at a brisk pace.

Mudanças de um ano para o outro
Minha segunda vez nesse hotel. Ótimo lugar para descansar, serviço de praia e vista espetacular. Restaurante fechado por conta da pandemia e o restaurante da praia mudou o cardápio para snack bar, o serviço é ótimo mas tem poucas opções de refeições e agora fecha as 7:30 pm o que torna difícil jantar. Esse hotel é longe do centro de Dubrovnik, eu fiquei minha primeira semana lá para descansar mas se soubesse das restrições dos restaurantes não sei se teria me hospedado lá. Espero voltar um dia quando tudo volte a funcionar

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Famielenurlaub hier verlebt. Das Apartment hat genügend Platz geboten und war mit zwei Klimaanlagen versehen. Trotz Corona oder vielleicht weil hier allgemein sehr wenig los war, konnten wir uns hier perfekt erholen.

Fabulous Family Holiday
Loved it all despite the current ongoing Covid 19 situation, which the Hotel managed great...Lovely clean pool and poolside area with Beach Bar called Oleander where the Staff are fabulous!...swift easy check in close to Dubrovnik, and local Restaurants and Supermarket all in walking distance, would definitely return! x

An extremely nice place for a relaxing stay. The apt. Is large, airy, excellently placed close to pool or beach with a patio view. Great staff service & food.
