”SeaDust made of vacation so great. The best thing was the service by servers and all restaurant staffs. They were beyond our expectation. The only thing which was concerning for us(very rare services to be used) was in Hotel Doctor services. Those were overpriced medicine as compared to the pharmacy just few steps from the resort. Except that everything was awesome. ”

”I stayed 2 nights at Nizuc and then 2 nights at The Grand. Both were great, but Nizuc is quieter and more suitable for relaxing. On the other hand, The Grand has better recreational facilities, making it more appealing for families with young children. Anyway, Nizuc is one of the best resorts.”

”This was my second time coming here with my family, we really enjoyed the property and the service. The only complain I have is when making reservations. They say you have to make them the day of but when I asked if i could make it for the following day they said NO!! But on the day before my last day they said they could do that !! I would’ve greatly appreciated if they said that the day I checked in ! I was furious ”

”Well-run hotel with great service and good faciiites overall. Food selection was decent. The suite was amazing, the best I’ve stayed in of any similar tier of resort. Good clean resort, attentive service, lots of smiles. The entertainment was good and we thought the traditional Mexican festival with foot stands and dancers outside in the sandy pavilion was super unique. Overall, we had a great time. Service and operations management are doing a great job. Opportunities: - not enough chairs...
