We had a great time during our stay here! A few things that would have made it exceptional would have been; a better Ac unit in the room, better quality food at the buffet, and scheduled room cleaning. To start the ac unit did work in our room just not very well. We had a hard time cooling the room off enough to sleep. Most nights we slept with no blankets due to poor cooling. The buffet has a ton of options but most isn’t worth trying. With the exception of some basic options I’d recommend sticking to the other restaurants which had great food. The last thing that would have been icing in the cake is schedule room cleaning because several times we would come back to the room being cleaned or they hadn’t been yet so we didn’t feel comfortable staying in our room. I only had one person from the staff I didn’t care for. Every other person went above and beyond to make this an unforgettable experience. The beach was full of seaweed but not much could be done about that. The pool was great but there’s only two small pools for the whole family side which at times felt crowded. The views are excellent and we enjoyed being on the top floor with roof jacuzzi. Overall a very fun experience.
