”The hostel is not as listed. The location is different. The address on hotel.com is fake. I found their real location and the place is infested with bed bugs. Rough. Take the listing down, save other poor travelers.”

”Hotel is located at 7th floor, lift only reached level 6. Need to bring up/down luggage. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple and yummy. The hotel is just blocks away from the crowded downtown Cairo.”

”Although I tipped her in my first stay, the receptionist claimed that the room I had booked & confirmed was no longer available and I need to cancel & re-book a bigger room, she also requested that I pay directly at the hotel and not via Expedia (Basically an attempt to grab more money). I cancelled and booked elsewhere. I Will not return”
