”I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the past 10 years. Very dirty now and the type of people staying here now are shall we say less than desirable. Feels unsafe. I hate leaving a bad review because I truly love the owners they are supper nice people. But it’s been this way the last 3 times in the past 2 years. Hope to see it get better. ”

”Property was set up nicely and rooms were clean and open. We were greeted late at night by our lovely host who kindly brought us waters and plates so we could eat the dinner we got at the market. He also made us an incredible breakfast when we left early the next day. Very impressed and all around great place and service. ”

”I wouldn’t stay here again. The bed was stained, there was no hot water, the staff barely spoke to us and didn’t respond when I asked for help about the water. They didn’t give us the wifi password or any information when we arrived just pointed for us to follow them and led us to our room. The location did not feel safe at night, the street the hotel is located on is not a good one! We could hear strange noises from our hotel room throughout the night, which was on the 3rd floor fyi. ”I thought this was excellent value for money clean and tidy and nothing like the other reviews I have read. It was modern and had a cute reception area and was well located but it is some walk from asok station so do take that into account. ”Our first three nights were at the Livable Hotel Bangkok.  We used it as a base to acclimate ourselves to Bangkok.  Stayed in a Superior Double Room with park view, and added the breakfast. Room was quiet and bed was very comfortable. They cleaned the room each day with new water bottles. The room has 2 USB ports, and universal power outlets. We used our North American plugs, so buying an adapter is unnecessary.   Fabulous breakfast.  You pick an entree from about 10 choices, and then help...

”They gave room at lowest floor even though requested high floor. Service was stale and uninspired, they had a bit difficulty finding my reservation, even the cleaners had grumpy face.
