”Amazing value for an ocean view room just across the street from the beach. The hotel has no front desk on site and cleaning is an extra fee. It might not be the best option for people who are staying longer or have difficulty using smartphones. When I booked through Expedia, I needed to contact the hotel via their mobile front desk (chat) to get the passcode email for check-in. Besides that initial hiccup and slow Wi-Fi, I enjoyed my stay here.”

”The front desk staff was great! They were friendly and helpful. The property is near Busan Station which makes it easy to get around on the train, subway and bus transportation systems. At first I thought the hotel was in an industrial area because it was next to a car repair shop and train tracks. Surprisingly just a block away is the train station and across the street from Chinatown with lots of places to eat. The rooms are spacious and clean. One oddity is that the water closet is separate...

”The hotel's prime location near the main streets and the beach made for a pleasant stay. However, a few aspects could benefit from improvement. The hotel cafe and restaurant were closed during our stay, we assume they are still in the process of opening. Regrettably, there were no bedside lamps, which would have created a cozy atmosphere for evenings. Only the roof lamps were available. Initially, the fridge was not functioning, but fortunately, the staff was prompt and helpful in getting it...

”Due to the number of guests, there should be additional cleaning done in the shared areas. For example, the bins in the ladies are often overflowing by midday. Location is amazing.
