”Overall good value stay. Easy to commute to downtown, even by foot. A lot of nice places around to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. The hotel itself was bit worn out and no sound insulation whatsoever. Single glass window to street made sure one can hear conversations from the street. Still clean and bang for the buck.”

”Very clean, Super affordable, friendly staff, pretty good breakfast. Single guy traveling solo, just needed a safe place to sleep, shower and store my gear. This trip exceeded my expectations.”

”I was very pleased with the service. Only problem was closet space for clothing. All closets were removed and the room only had one small hook for clothing. Not nearly big enough for two people for a weeks stay. However, the receptionist quickly gave us a luggage cart that we could use as a clothes rack. We were truly pleased with everything. Next trip to Chicagoland area we will make a point to stay again with Americas Best Value In in Matteson.”

”I paid for in & out parking only to find out that if I moved my car on either Friday or Saturday night I most likely wouldn’t have a spot in the garage. Perhaps there should be a way of not overselling that garage parking spaces ”
