”When I first arrived I was slightly concerned because the hotel was out of down town Mumbai and didn’t look that welcoming. However the rooms were clean and comfortable. What impressed me was the service I was given. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the staff. If in Mumbai again I would certainly chose to stay there. ”

”Terrible experience- My room was not booked (or over-booking). Even I showed the confirmation email to hotel front guy, he just repeated “We don’t have a room” and did nothing. I booked a different hotel and but had to pay 8 times of this hotel fee”

”when I entered the hotel first day I smelled strong kerosine odour which is normally used to kill the bugs but they lied to tell me that they are painting the rooms . Twice complained . The room a/c is old . Hotel in crowded place so lot of noise , its not their fault . ”
