”Loistavalla sijainnilla oleva siisti hotelli. Huone oli iso ja siisti. Ilmastointi valitettavasti piti yöaikaan pikkaisen liian kovaa ääntä alimmallakin teholla (vain hyvin lievästi häiretsevällä äänitasolla). Hotellilta lyhyet kävelyeteäisyydet Georgetownin keskustan kaikkiin palveluihin (Ravintola-alueet, kauppakeskukset, lautta ja bussiasemat ...). Skootterit sai ilmaiseksi parkkiin hotellin omalle parkkialueelle.”

”Very good hotel with nice bathroom and bedroom Unfortunately the foot ferry from butterworth drops you about a 10 min walk up the road. Be careful of traffic You have to pay for tourist tax so I would advise you to get a receipt for this as I was nearly charged twice”

”Staff at this hotel is incompetent and horrible, especially the man with the glasses. He was very rude and arrogant and accused me of stealing their room key when I didn’t and talked to me so rudely. He then checked the camera and reached back to inform that the key was found. When I escalated the situation, they did not do anything about it. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, did not want to shower there. Would definitely not recommend.”

”The staff is very welcoming and kind. The lobby downstairs is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I wish they kept the snacks stocked but I guess that was minor. I really like how the place is decorated and would return if I could stay in one of their very cool private rooms. The wifi was excellent as well.”
