”Good location, spacious room for family of 4 adult, clean but housekeepers forgot to put the towers. Need to requests and instantly they deliver to the room. Friendly day time receptionist. 2nd night of our stayed, my whole family of four got frightened as the room door was opened by someone from outside. Then I saw the night duty receptionist opened our room door using the master key. When query, he said open the door to shows the room to new guest. I sound him, that he should knock the door...

”Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut, sehr zentral gelegen, das ist aber auch das Einzige positive. Niemand im Hotel spricht englisch. Das Check Inn dauerte fast 1 Stunde, weil das Hotel überbucht war, wollte man meine bereits bezahlte Reservierung stornieren und das alles per "google-tanslation". Der Duschkopf war kaputt, am Abreisetag wurde der repariert... Nach Shampoo zu frage habe ich am 2. Tag aufgegeben - hab es mir dann selber gekauft, Handtücher wurden zwar abgeholt aber vergessen...

”My two nights stay was good. Lady owner can communicate in English. Room is clean and seems renovated. Window has city view and sealed perfect for normal noises. The only problem is the church next door. Because my stays were at weekends(not sure about weekdays), church had early morning mass which were very loud. ”

”Rooms are big and clean, they change towels and bed sheets every day. We stayed for 10 nights and really enjoyed the price-quality ratio. Swimming pool is nice and clean, and there is only 5min walk to the beach. Hotel staff is nice and helpful (even only one of them speaks good English). You can order breakfast to your own terrace, rent a scooter (150.000VND/day) or book a snorkeling trip. All main road restaurants are in a walking distance.”

”Todo fue increíble !! Muy buena ubicación aunque no en la mera playa. Un servicio excepcional. Hacen todo lo posible para complacerte. Alberca súper bonita y cómoda. Digamos un hotel boutique pero sin la etiqueta. (Solo falta poner aroma en las toallas y que no sean de micro fibra para que sequen mejor) pero es un detalle mínimo. Todo lo demás Súper Bien!! ”Our stay was very nice. The beach is beautiful -the best beach with asenteesta we saw on the island -and staff was friendly and helpful. Bungalows are nice and quiet. So far the beach is empty when you walk towards south but there is lot of development going on. Some foods were really good, some so and so. It's good to rent a motorbike to see places around. We also walked to CuaCan and took taxi back. There you lots of local eateries.”

”The hotel did not expect me. Then asked me to pay 500k dong per day despite the document indicating that i had paid. They did not speak a word of english - and that did not help. I had trouble locating my receipt on the Expedia website.They called a next door neighbor in who spoke very good english.. and after three separate conversations - and 2-3 hours of wasted time. they excepted that there was no problem. They said that expedia had not paid them, and that seemed to be the confusion....
