”Wasn't a fan of the added fee for parking. It is on premises so really don't reason to charge. I find that to be a money grab. Also, the staff was a little short when I asked about it. ”Pretty good hotel within easy reach of the Van Dorn St. Metro station, although the lack of proper sidewalk means you have to drive there. Hotel was great value for your money, including free parking and what appeared to be newly renovated room. The only downside I can think of was the breakfast in a bag: I understand the pandemic poses challenges but at the time of reopening it would be a good time to rethink the breakfast in a bag concept. Or at least add something more substantial there. ”

”We were checking in kind of late. We received a call about 8:15pm asking if we were still planning on checking in. He asked if we could be there by 10pm. Everything was great except finding it using ‘Maps’. It was dark,wet and busy. Maps said turn right at the light onto Short St. There is no light there. ”
