”Hotel is located close to everything. Big rooms, big king bed, smart tv, spacious bathroom with full sized shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. Even had a full sized hand soap and lotion! There is a garage for parking literally next to it. I booked through a different app to get it cheaper for my 3 day 2 nights stay. Since this hotel is located in the city, be prepared to hear police and ambulance sirens throughout the night. Would definitely come back ”

”There was someone’s bathing suit left behind in our room. The pool was very cloudy so we didn’t get to swim. Easy check in and out with no problems. Overall a decent hotel for the price. ”

”One of the better Comfort Suites I have stayed in. Rooms comfortable and clean and quiet. Pizzeria Uno is a plus. Did not love the parking, which is spread around and has sketchy-looking areas.”

”The shuttle service to and from the airport was good, however they only run the shuttles until 10:30pm, so you need to book a cab if you are traveling after 10:30pm.”

”I liked the location of this hotel! Every clean & convenient to near by areas. What I didn’t like was housekeeping never showed up & by the time we realized there was no point in calling the front desk to let them know because it was almost time for bed. Other than this minor inconvenience, my stay here was great! Tammy who works the front desk is amazing! ”

”The staff was very helpful. Quirky Chicago Cubs decor was fun. As a hotel in a city neighborhood, the somewhat unusual procedures for driving up and dropping off, how and where to park,etc were explained well by the front desk. And that desk was manned by a real human all the time. A co-operative arrangement with the public parking garage (almost next door) was very affordable. Fun home base, near Wrigley Field and public transport.”

”Basic ok hotel. Be carefull with WiFi though. It can be free but if you are not carefull they will make you pay 13USD/day for it. The only way to avoid cost is to give your Marriot Bonvoy number at the reception. They do not even mention about the extra cost when you checkout so better check your bill carefully.”
