”The airport shuttle was horrible when I got picked up. the driver was abusive. I'll leave it at that. The manager at the hotel was so calm, and kind and supported me through this bad experience on the phone and continued to acknowledge that yes this was not okay and did his best to make it all okay and he did. Manager was my total hero in this situation and I appreciated him SO MUCH. My room was excellent and the breakfast looked good but I had to leave too early to eat it. Shuttle driver...

”Very clean, the softest bed, bedding, and pillows ever! All the soaps are amazing! Very convenient location off the freeway, but quiet, and a few blocks from downtown with the cheapest gas, a few blocks the other way has amazing pizza at Round Table and you are very close to fashion Island and San Francisco. ”
