”Just a HORRIBLE experience ”

”Great place on San Francisco. For the price this is a good place to stay. Bed good, room & shower clean. Nice staff and guard at lobby. Lots of restaurants, bars and grocery store near. Would stay again!”

”I was told through expedia that i was able to garner hilton honors rewards for this stay, which i was not. Then, i tried calling Expedia and they connected me with somebody who barely knew how to work a computer and didn't even understand what i was talking about. The property was nice, management was difficult and expedia did not help with the rewards at all”

”The hotel is outdated and lacks basic modern comforts. Despite being an "SFO hotel," there is no airport shuttle service. Taxis and rideshares to the terminal cost between $15–$45 due to heavy airport surcharges, making the location far less convenient than it appears. To make matters worse, they charge €14 ($15) per night for parking, and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, leading to a very poor night's sleep. Between the hidden transport costs and the lack of comfort, I cannot recommend...

”Yotel is an idea spot, especially if you are going to shows at Bill Graham Civic center! Suvch a quick walk! We also loved that Bay Wheels was right up front. We used the bikes to get all around the city and had a blast!”

”Loistavalla paikalla sijaitseva siisti ketjuhotelli. Kohtuullinen hintaan kuuluva aamiainen, miinusta kertakäyttöisistä ruokailuvälineistä. Huoneet siistit ja saimme sen hieman etukäteen palatessamme risteilyltä jo aamupäivällä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Majoittuisin uudestaan.”

”The location was really excellent. It was nice to have coffee and water in the lobby. The hotel was charming. The bed was bad. it was like a bouncy castle and quite small.”

”I was calling from 6.30 am and was told to call back at 9am. I was not spending the night so I was requesting an early check in. I was pushed from agent to another. I was also told early check in’s are not guaranteed which I completely understand but I had no help from anyone. An agent called niaomi just forwarded my call and then I talked to Rodrigo who was helpful but I was put on hold for 25 mint. Then called back at 10.30 and canceled my reservation which I was put through the front desk...

”Big room, great bed, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Easy to park and move around, close to freeway. Neighborhood felt safe. The only downside was shower water, which was cold, but I'm not sure if the problem was only in our room since we never mentioned it to front desk. Overall great for the price. ”
