”Excelente hotel! A gerente é uma brasileira chamada Ana, super atenciosa! Nos deu várias dicas sobre a cidade! Apesar de ser mais distante da região de bares e restaurantes, como Las Olas, o hotel é bem perto do aeroporto sendo bem estratégico para quem deseja ficar pouco tempo na cidade e fazer compras. ”

”Microwave was broken and shower head had to be changed. The hotel manager was rude but other personnel nice. There was very little glutenfree food in the breakfast buffet and last two mornings they ran out of fruit and yogurt. I could eat only eggs.”

”We really enjoyed this property. It was very convenient for everywhere we needed to go. It was fully renovated in an up-to-date modern decor, offers a full kitchen which is always a bonus. Great pool area. I was a little concerned about the virtual check in but I found that was extremely efficient and anytime I had a question I just texted them and got a pleasant quick response. I would definitely stay here again!”

”Service was good, but the room was badly outdated and in poor condition, holes in the bathroom ceiling appeared to be fixed with toilet paper. A/C didn't work properly, so we needed to shut it down otherwise we would have freezed. Everything made out of steel inside was rusty. Some very sketchy people roamed around the parking lot. I wouldn't stay here again”

”The house was cute. Plenty of space for all of us. Pool area could have been a little cleaner but the house itself was great. Very disappointed in the kitchen. Almost no cooking utensils. No serving bowls, no baking or oven pans, no kitchen or hand towels. Smallest coffee pot I have ever seen and the dishwasher did not work. If the kitchen was a little more convenient and they had a bbq grill I would give this place 5 stars all the way. ”
