”The room was great and the common kitchen had everything you need - including washer and dryer.
Not a hotel- no staff on-site.
Due to flight delays, I arrived late at night and had a hard time getting in. Property owner seemed likely to fix the problem.”

”Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. ”
