”1 star truly doesn't do it justice. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had and that's saying something! There is so much I don't know where to start...1st the front desk staff (excluding the one female with braids who works wknds) either doesn't know they work in hospitality or have no idea of what the word means. I was there 2x weeks and only one person ever said good morning and she wasn't a cleaner. They are rude and lack basic courtesy. Breakfast: Old blonde woman once...

”We didn’t have a great experience at this property. Alarm went off at 4am and had to go out in the freezing cold in the middle of the night with my toddler in arms. Apparently it has happened multiple times in the past at 4am. We checked out right away after this experience and didn’t even use any facilities. Stay away if you want to have a good experience.”
