”We love the proximity to the airport. We had a disabled room which we didn’t need. Plenty of space but the shower floor didn’t dry easily and the water flowed outside the shower tiles making the floor slippery. There was no de caff tea or coffee which we would have expected. It was only a one night stay so didn’t mention it as we left early. Breakfast on the go was good. Helpful staff. ”

”Really lovely hotel and we had our dog with us and he loved it too. Very pet friendly, plenty of other dogs staying there. Room was spacious though there were no drawers or shelves to put your stuff in/on. Breakfast was a good mix of fruit and standard breakfast items. Staff were very friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze and Gus got a welcome pack. Can’t really think of anything negative to say about this hotel.”

”Initial issue with key, but staff were very apologetic and got it sorted quickly. Resturant for the hotel is just over the road, but again, good service and food was spot on. Room was comfy and quiet, just what is needed after a day at work. ”

”Ideal for staying the night after a concert in Cardiff at the Principality Stadium. Half an hour's drive from the venue, easy parking, very clean and comfortable, and much cheaper than a night in the city.”

”Comfortable hotel located within walking distance of the Principality stadium. In light of this the cost of the room was off the scale, however, this is a practice used by all hotels in the area when an event is on. This is by far the most expensive standard hotel room i've booked. £350 for a Sunday with a view over the car park. Breakfast was good with a host to guide you. Front of house communication skills could do with some improvement. Bar staff needed to be taught how to make a pint of...

”The hotel is in a fantastic position for wookey hole ..unfortunately the gas went down so had to transfer the breakfast over to the restaurant in wookey hole . Alot of the options wernt available..The rooms tbh are very basic and a bit tired. Overall a good stsy ”

”Stayed here a few times now, once in the suite and most recently just a standard double. Prices are very good value for money. Rooms very spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic!! Will likely always stay in this hotel when I visit Weston from now on. Only downside is possibly upgrade the TV’s to be bigger as some are located quite far from the beds and are quite small. ”
