”The staff was wonderful. Trasnportation to and from the airport was excelent and on time. When we arrived there were some issues woth our room which was addressed quickly. The resort overall is a beautiful paradise. The food was amazing. We also did the island tour which was amazing. Our tour guides were awesome and so helpful. I honestly could not ask for more.”

”This property is very isolated, so pack snacks and even some games. We stayed 4 nights, but 3 would’ve been more than enough. The snorkelling on Black Island was fantastic. We did a full day and half day. Felt a bit let down by payment options at the end. Could only pay by PayPal which is the most expensive way to settle a bill. To the management: Please establish a Wise account which is much cheaper for travellers and you. Also need to make sure guests know before staying about payment options...

”We spend three nights in Al faro and I have to say that it was best hotel where we have been and we travel quite a lot. Notice that hotel is in its own island and there is just j junge around it. It's place where you just can laid back, relax and enjoy most beatiful view. Sea, green islands and perceft sunset. Take your books with you and just enjoy!”

”Chindonan is located in a remote place and I had no problem getting there after being picked up at the port from the ferry - 45 minute speedboat ride. I came here for the diving and it did not disappoint. The food at the restaurant was tasty and offered a variety, including for vegetarians. All units require many steps to get there so it’s not for those who don’t want or cannot walk distances and stairs. ”

”人の少ないリゾートを求めている方にぴったりかと思います。珊瑚礁の綺麗な海、珍しい魚、満点の星空が見られます。太陽光で加熱した美味しい料理、温かいシャワー、自然に優しいシャンプーなどここにしかない工夫が見られてエコリゾートという名にふさわしいステキな場所でした。一つだけ難点を挙げるとするならばブスアンガ島からアイリス島までは専用の小型船で行くのですが、コロンタウンから船の乗り場までかなり遠いことです。送迎は宿泊費とは別途で30USDかかりました。また強風や暴雨はほぼないと思いますがおおよそ2人乗りの小さい船なので不安定で心配性の方は島にたどり着くまでが不安かもしれません。”

”To reach the above island, we have to hire a boat from Coron Concepcion Port for peso 4,000. When we reached the island at 1pm, we have noticed that the island has been deserted and not a single soul, only 2 dogs around. We tried to reach the owner on his contact number but the number was no longer in used. ”Stayed three nights. Wifi never even once worked during our stay. The staff was polite but nothing really worked like it should and even ordering a couple of beers was sometimes too much to get right the first time. Luckily there is a great restaurant adjacent, Ann & Mike that has great food and excellent staff. Anyone staying at pierhouse I would recommend outsourcing all your dining and drinking needs to Ann & Mike, even the prices were considerable lower there.”
