”They accommodated our group of four with one double bed and two single beds in the same room to avoid extra costs. I cannot say enough about the breakfast, which cost only 10 SBP per person. One hot menu choice and unlimited continental and drink choices included. I have found nowhere else that does that, at least on our Scotland trip. If your travels take you anywhere near Oban, book this hotel! ”

”Our twin room was quite small, but,clean and adequate. The hotel is centrally located, everything is within walking distance. The patio overlooks the harbour and is lovely to watch the sunsetting. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. I will certainly return. ”

”The hotel is clean but a little tired. The lift had broken down on the day I arrived which meant climbing about 70 stairs up to my room on the 3rd floor. Bed very comfortable and en suite rather small but everything needed was there. Staff helpful and friendly. Very nice breakfast. Limited parking.”

”An absolute must! The decor is absolutely stunning, and the service is the best I ever experimented. Sara, managing this place, was lovely, caring, and amazing on all front. The food at the restaurant Tbe Porcinni was excellent but the breakfast was out of this world. ”

”The venue is up a gradual slope, being around a 10 minute walk from the town centre however the view of the harbour during the walk is beautiful. Being close to the pulpit hill viewpoint makes a nice trip being only a couple minutes walk from the venue. ”When arriving (earlier than check-in time), the landlord was welcoming us heartly and both booked rooms were ready to move in. Rooms were really clean and well equipped and lately renovated. ”Lovely stay and hosts. Stunning view over the little harbour from the room. Perfect for sunset viewing. They had a garden in front of the house where we sat in the afternoon reading.
