”Except for a loud waiter who was yelling loudly at a disgruntled customer at breakfast on Sunday, June 21, 2026, which was highly inappropriate and disturbing, the rest of my stay was good. I had a room on the upper floor with a balcony and a nice view of the lake and the mointains. Its too bad the restaurant closes at 7 pm and the choice of food was just poor! The resort needs to do a better job with that. Wi-Fi was a bit slow but working. Need to improve the payment process - iPhone Apple...

”our staycation here was perfect. we needed a little getaway from home and this was exactly what we needed. breakfast buffet was great for it being free. king suite was cozy and spacious. would def stay here again and would recommend to others.”

”We stayed in suit no 2.
I could not believe how small the room was. No added furniture or fixtures very basic there is more square footatge in a motel 6 room.
There were two ajoining doors one went to some sort of utility/ kitchen that the cleaning crew used. They were in and out of that ajoining room very early in the morning making noise that woke us up.
There was a sewer smell that was emiting an aweful smell in the bathroom. Not even worth the discount I recieved from my booking site. I...

”Vi stayed 3 nights in Scottsdale and this hotel was the right choice.

+ easy free parking
+ big rooms

- the Wi-Fi didn’t work well, it came on and off all the time
- the washing maschine didn’t work in the hotel, but you could go to the other Hyatt hotel for washing. The maschines there didn’t work with our credit cards. We had to go out to find change quarters for 3$ washing and 3$ drying. The hotel do not have cash.
