”Our room was clean and spacious. Good variety of breakfast items. Front desk staff was very nice but rarely available. Bathroom flooded every time we used the shower. Hair dryer stopped working the first morning and after three days we still didn't get a replacement. I think the hotel is nice and a good value, but lack of desk staff could be an issue if there was a serious problem.”

”The hotel is situated in Floriana, a 15-20 min walk to Valletta, the city centre. It is in a quiet street, which is exactly what I am looking for. As a solo female traveller, I was comfortable to walk back to the hotel at night time from Valletta (in general, it is safe in Malta). The room is clean and spacious. The mattress is very good and I am able to sleep very well every single night (I normally cannot sleep very well in a new bed). The owner is very nice and suggests a few places for me...

”Location: the hotel is on a residential street near the harbor. Prepare to walk up two to three blocks of steps to get to the commercial level of the island. Restaurants have tables on the steps. Suite: clean, nicely decorated, enough room for four, not luxurious but comfortable. Living room is bigger than in the picture. Hotel: prepare to walk up steps to get to the elevator. ”Nos alojamos en el ático. La terraza es estupenda y el jacuzzi genial. El apartamento está muy bien y la localización es muy buena para moverte por toda la isla en autobús. Es verdad que el baño olía mal y la limpieza es mejorable. Pero lo recomiendo sin duda. Hay que saber que justo delante del edificio hay un convento cuyo campanario suena todos los días a las 8:00 am y a las 18:00pm durante unos minutos.”

”The location and authenticity of the accommodation is amazing. It is very close to the main sites in Valletta and in a traditional lane house. It is also great value. The one thing to be aware of is that given it is an authentic house and on a main thoroughfare, it is super noisy. If you bring some ear plugs it will be fine. The apartment itself is well equipped and all you need for a great stay in Valletta. Rooms are very spacious.”
