”Good service and location. Breakfast is pretty nice for American standard but second time in a row they opened they door late which make customer need to wait behind the door for 10-15 mins.”

”The rooms were extremely small and dated. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a copy of your receipt from this hotel. They insist that you can get it from the Hilton Honors app, but you cannot. Then, when you call, no one picks up and they direct you to an AI assistant - OR you are on hold forever. I have been trying to get this simple thing for three days now. When you check out - make sure you get a paper copy.”

”Room was ice cold. I was told that because it was summer, they didn’t turn the heat on. Well it’s 64 degrees at night and they just sent a manager/engineer to berate us for even trying to ask for heat. Not even a “sorry” or “here’s extra blankets” or anything. Even the water was lukewarm to take a shower. Trying to get back INTO the hotel after 12am was awkward. No one told us we had to go through the bar area to get in. I tried to call front desk for help when I was confused and no one...
