”Room was not clean. Towels & pillow cases all had some sort of brown or yellow stain. One even had hair on it. They could’ve at least switched it out. Bed sheets were dirty too. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash are complimentary which is understandable but were literally empty. The only good thing was the location of the hotel. Everything at a walking distance”

”My worst experience ever in a hotel considering the price. Staff graving for tips everywhere all the time. Unpolite service. Dont come in here. I stayed in 6 different hotels during my trip in NY and MA and this was the most expensive and worst.”

”The AC unit in the room was very old, rusted and very noisy. We could ynot only the hissing of the air but the badly functioning AC motor. The bath towels were damp and the carpet floor dirty. We had to request a room change. The new room was slightly cleaner but the AC was still noisy and old. For the high price of the stay this was more than disappointing. The hotel ad stated that the facility was completely renovated which was quite different than the reality. The staff was not very welcoming...

”The breakfast was way overpriced. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay.”

”Hotelli oli toki arvostettu jo etukäteen kahdella tähdellä mutta kyllä huone olisi tarvinnut todella päivityksen, kylpyhuoneessa ainakin siellä peili rikki ja kylpyamme todella surkeassa kunnossa.”
