”Helpful and flexible staff. Hotel well located considering the many skiing resorts of Aosta valley. Warm & nice, although not so large rooms. Small minus for the breakfast, that was catered for us in the lobby instead of the hotel restaurant, which a larger group seemed to occupy. We don't know if this is the hotel's usual policy or not - felt a bit weird though.”

”Location was great. Food was plentiful, varied and very good. I am a non-skier and was planning on working out a lot while hubby skied. Website stated that there was yoga, and it looked as though there would be about 5 classes/day...well, we were told onsite that there was no yoga instructor this year- please update your site!? The Norwegian spa on the roof was unavailable as well. Steam room/sauna were nice. Pool was lovely...when it was warm enough. ”

Staff were so friendly, family duplex rooms were great, ski in ski out fabulous, breakfast was lovely, freshly baked bread every morning - the fruit one was especially delicious!! Amazing views from our balcony!!! Our only improvement would be more hanging space for clothes and hooks by the door for ski coats!”

Nous sommes satisfaits de notre semaine dans ce logement avec une cuisine fonctionnelle, une grande salle de bain et une chambre spacieuse. Le seul reproche que je pourrais formuler concerne les literies. Les matelas sont beaucoup trop ferme y compris celui du canapé bz. Malgré cela nous restons content et recommandons les balcons de bellevarde.”

”Overall the accommodation was good and a nice location to the slopes. Most of the staff were friendly but some I found were a little rude and felt we were inconvenient for them the lift took ages so we always took the stairs. Bar staff were very friendly. ”What can I say, a fantastic hotel experience!! Clean, extremely comfortable and excellent service from all staff! Lovely breakfast, great location, Cosy bar area, nearby covered parking and a lovely little spa. The outdoor pool boasts amazing views of the mountains, just magical!! I highly recommend this lovely little property, my only improvement comment is the toilet roll provided in rooms which is a little too rough, so I purchased my own. Other than that, our experience was faultless....
