”Staff very nice and helpful. Rooms are falling apart and dirty; dirty bowls in the cupboard, dirt under tables (easily swept away), sofas look and feel cheap and visible dirt on them etc. Closet cabinets and kitchen cabinets falling apart; repairs made to cabinetry is substandard. The pace was very nice 10 years ago however, it’s now poorly maintained and it shows. They replaced beautiful carpets with very cheap vinyl tile, make it make sense pls. I don’t think I’ll stay here again.”

”I booked this place based on other positive reviews. The location is great cause it’s right next to all the restaurants on Main Street and Publix is across the street. Unfortunately the property itself fails on many levels. I travel a lot and a lot of things have to go wrong for me to submit a poor review here! Definitely need to remove the words “grand” and “luxury” from its name. Poor check-in and check-out experiences, poor customer service, broken elevator, dirty and smelly room, banged...
