”Just spent 6 days at Be Tulum and it was fantastic. The staff are friendly and every attentive and the hotel was immaculately well kept, even with the seaweed that is in season right now. Concierge service was great (ours was July and she took care of everything). Food was great too, and the atmosphere magical. Highly recommend! ”

”Our room was clean and location of the hotel was very good. The breakfast wasn't good and Wifi was very slow. One day we didn't have electricity and water for about 4 hours and they said that it concerns the whole city, even it wasn't (in our friends hotel it was working). It was not worth of the money we paid for this hotel. Also it would had been nice, if the hotel had mentioned about the loud noices of the building site next to our hotel. ”
