Additionally, Max was fun to talk to and super helpful with any questions that we had. Location is good close to a big supermarket and several restaurants, walking distance to centre of Tulum. For the beach you need bike or other transport. The only thing I didn’t like: there was no privacy in the bathroom (cheapest room type). Toilet was behind the wall with no door and shower behind glass wall. ”An isolated tropical paradise hotel. Lovely beach, good restaurant, nice rooms. Taxi trip to Tulum takes about 10-15 minutes, but the village at least is not worth while. Tulum beach is nice but if i would stay at this hotel again, I would not leave the hotel. Perfect place for relaxation.”
