”Good service and location. Breakfast is pretty nice for American standard but second time in a row they opened they door late which make customer need to wait behind the door for 10-15 mins.”

”The hotel was a great location for us because it was within walking distance of our concert at Soldier Field. Parking was very easy to access. The check-in process was quick and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was professional and accommodating, especially when I needed to ask for extra amenities; they came to the room within minutes.”

”Very old infrastructure, most textiles, floor mats etc. seem old and scruffy. The public spaces were well maintained and very nice. Excellent gym. Very good location for conference, can take clean city train to McCormick and avoid the dysmal public transit system.”
