”We had a nice room with great views to the river. Bed and bath were ok, not great. The ac was quite loud and I missed more space to put my clothes into.”

”A welcoming reception, easy check in. Rooms have all facilities available. Breakfast is okay. Bottled water given on request- complimentary. Located within walking distance of attractions. ”

”The room was dated (East tower), old brown carpet and wallpaper. Poor lighting. Cleaning worked well, but the cleaners started working really early. Noise from the elevators was very loud and our room wasn't even bext to the elevators. Directions for public transport and shopping from the reception were poor. Views from the room was great. ”

”Breakfast was TERRIBLE and expensive. We didn't realize that there were a-la-carte options so we paid close to $80 for essentially insipid egg scramble a muffin and coffee.”

”Needed a budget place for just sleeping in a central Chicago. For that purpose excellent choice due its location (metro + walking distace everywhere). Quiet+clean hotel and safe location. The attached pub on the street level is nice. Would come next time for a similar trip. Would need a bit of renovation already and definitely more power sockets around the room table ;) Some coffee to go and small stuff to eat in the lobby during mornings would be great. ”

”I generally enjoy sleeping in the cold, but the rooms in this hotel was freezing. There's no heating except for the aircon, which isn't powerful enough to combat the ice cold floor and the leaky windows, not to mention that the air it blows is itself cold. The end result is that you can barely get the room above 20c, and to stay even above that level you need to have aircon blasting at full speed... in the middle of the winter. I woke up with a runny nose and sore throat, freezing from head to...

”Mukavia ihmisiä, hieno huone, monta fiksua ratkaisua tiloissa. Ainoa puute oli että ravintolat oli kiinni, toki vierestä löytyy kaikkea. Hinta kompensoi tuota puutetta hyvin.”
