"Room was dusty. "

"Reserved for a comfort triple with a separate bedroom with 2 twins/ 1 king and a twin in living room. Was put in a double with smaller room and no bedroom living area separated. The hotel staff continually argued that it was an upgrade like I was stupid. They did give me the room reserved after 2 days and provided free breakfast. I had to argue to get back the free breakfast when they removed the breakfast after 2 days. "

"Wonderfully designed rooms. Sparkling wine at check/in. Great staff that are customer centric. Nice small touches on the room, such as “desks” for the bed-which are great for writing and laptop use"

"The lights in the bedroom where far too bright and excessive. Strip lighting. Bathroom and shower were excellent The outside area was too close to the road and the traffic noise and emissions where heavy. No where to walk but bus stop into Barcelona very convenient."

"Great stay! Excellent food right at the property. Good bar plenty for kids to do during a short stay. Very clean. Rooms were small (by American standards) but very comfortable mattresses and great water pressure! Would stay again "

"Lovely hotel with beautiful swimming pool Ordered burgers at the pool bar but were sent out very rare… had to send back 3 of the dishes and asked to be cooked better. Instead of sending back 3 new burgers they sent back the same burgers with cold chips on it .. not sure why this was done but apart from that.. lovely stay"

"The hotel is in a very convenient location. I particularly liked the strong water pressure from the hand shower and the plush towels and robes and towel heater. We used the pool downstairs and the sauna. "

"Great hotel with an amazing location nearby everything, you can walk and visit Gaudi's masterpieces nearby, a lot of fine dining options, close to Bus and Metro stations nice walkable neighborhood. Has a rooftop bar that has a nice view and is a great place to have drinks and finger food. Breakfast is included and was very good with a great selection"

"Check in was easy as well as check out, food at bar Café was good, nice rooftop bar, beds were very comfortable, rooms modern, updated and clean. I wasn’t fond of the area as there weren’t many shopping or dining options which is to be expected near an airport rather than city centre. Complementary airport shuttle was included. I would stay here again."
