”Treated like a second class person as we had a guide dog. Put in an awful room! Requested a fridge and to have a patio door but ignored. Paid premium price £171 of which £25was for our Guide Dog who is cleaner than a lot of their guests apparently. Compared to our previous stay it was very poor. Otherwise very comfortable beds to sleep in. The room was very clean and staff extremely nice and helpful. I wish the sauna will be changed into a proper Finnish sauna one day."
