”OK room, with carpet. The flushing system in the bathroom worked poorly. My shower had good pressure (top floor) but my friend who lived on ground floor could hardly wash her hair because of poor water pressure. The over all appearance was that the hotel needs a big face lift, but has good potential. It was cold; the public bathrooms were freezing; the conference rooms were cold,- bad air-conditioning. It seemed worn, and there was a scent of unfreshness in the corridors that seemed like too...

”The hotel was perfect for our needs. One night stay over for an event at Wembley. The hotel is lovely albeit a little tired. Probably needs a refresh but based on price and the area I would definitely book again. The staff were the stand out for us. Reception were so welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was super tasty too. Thanks for a lovely stay.”

”Nice food but the staff seemed rather unprepared. They put all my food on another room and when I pointed out it was missing they didn’t even say thank you. They had already told me there was nothing to pay and good bye.. ”

”I witness the entire complex being built from the ground up, also attended various functions through the years but this was my first accommodation visit. I was very impressed about the clean,quietness of the room despite having shops and a very busy road outside. I would definately recommend including breakfast. I was spoil for choise. All the staffs at different levels were very professional and accommodating. Try it for yourself. You too will want to visit again”
